In most states you are eligible for 12 weeks of Family Medical Leave for your maternity leave. This depends on your employer size and can vary based on your employment terms; length of employment, full time vs part time, etc. Definitely check with your Human Resources department regarding your eligibility for leave (paid vs unpaid) and ask about any other benefits.
